New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: experimental drug JAB-2485 enters human trials

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called JAB-2485 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 102 participants will take part in two phases: first to check safety, then to measure tumor response.
