Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called JAB-23E73, taken as a pill, in people with advanced solid tumors that have a KRAS gene change. The goal is to see if it is safe, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 334 participants will be enrolled across two phases: first to find the right dose, then to check for early signs of tumor response.
