Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether a new drug called J4 is safe for people. It is given as a dry powder capsule by mouth. The study involves 76 healthy adults aged 18 to 64. Researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body. This is a first step before testing the drug in people with Alzheimer's disease.
