Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether adding an experimental drug called izalontamab brengitecan to the standard targeted therapy osimertinib works better than osimertinib alone or with chemotherapy for people with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer who have not had prior treatment. About 850 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups. The main goal is to see if the combination delays cancer growth longer than the current options.
