New drug cocktail shows promise for Tough-to-Treat myeloma

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (ixazomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) given twice a week to people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can control the cancer and how safe it is. About 52 adults are taking part in this early-phase trial.
