Summary
This early-stage study aims to find the safest and most effective dose of two drugs, ixabepilone and temsirolimus, when given together to adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be surgically removed. The main goal is to understand the side effects and determine the best dose for future research. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard treatments.
