Summary
This study tests whether adding virtual reality (VR) walking exercises to standard therapy is practical and well-liked by stroke patients and their therapists. About 40 adults who had a stroke will do personalized VR training twice a week for 4 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach fits into real-world hospital care and helps improve walking skills.
