New injection therapy targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT05427487

First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests an experimental drug called IVX037, injected directly into tumors, for people with advanced colorectal, gastric, or ovarian cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study has two parts: first, testing IVX037 alone to find a safe dose, and second, combining it with an immunotherapy drug (sintilimab) to see if the combination is safe and effective. About 70 participants will be enrolled to evaluate side effects and tumor response.
