First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called IVX037, injected directly into tumors, for people with advanced colorectal, gastric, or ovarian cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study has two parts: first, testing IVX037 alone, and then combining it with an immunotherapy drug. The main goals are to check safety, side effects, and whether the drug can shrink tumors.
