Summary

This study will observe about 1,010 minority patients with complex coronary artery disease who undergo a heart procedure called PCI guided by a special ultrasound (IVUS). The goal is to see if this imaging technique helps reduce heart-related complications like death or heart attack. The research focuses on groups often underrepresented in medical studies to better understand how to treat them.
