New combo therapy targets lung cancer brain tumors

Summary
This study tests the safety of a new drug called ivonescimab when given with standard chemotherapy and targeted radiation (SRS) to people with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain. Researchers will first find the best dose with the fewest side effects, then test it in a larger group to see if it helps control the brain tumors. About 53 adults aged 18 and older with at least one brain metastasis will take part.
