New hope for lung cancer patients with brain tumors: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new drug called ivonescimab combined with standard chemotherapy and precise radiation (SRS) for people with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it helps control the brain tumors. About 53 adults with at least one brain metastasis will participate.
