Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called ivonescimab in people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Ivonescimab is designed as a single drug that targets two different pathways cancer uses to grow and evade the immune system. The main goal is to see if the drug can help control the cancer and is safe for patients who have few other options.
