Summary
This study tests a new drug called ivonescimab, given with standard chemotherapy, for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer who haven't had treatment yet. Ivonescimab is a special antibody that helps the immune system fight cancer and may also block blood vessels that feed tumors. The goal is to find the best dose of ivonescimab and see how well it works and what side effects occur. About 60 adults will take part.
