NCT ID NCT07561125

First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a medicine called IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin) to see if it helps prevent or reduce lung disease in very premature babies born at 28 weeks or earlier. About 29 babies will receive IVIG for several days, and researchers will check their lung health and any side effects. The goal is to find a safer way to support breathing and development in these fragile infants.
