Researchers seek formula to predict IVF egg harvest
NCT ID NCT07331493
Summary
This study aims to help doctors better predict how many eggs can be collected during IVF treatment. It will look at women undergoing a specific fertility procedure (ICSI) and measure the size and number of their ovarian follicles just before egg retrieval. The goal is to create a tool that gives a more realistic minimum estimate of egg yield, which could help with treatment planning and patient expectations.
