IVF timing breakthrough: finding the best day for embryo transfer
NCT ID NCT06746129
Summary
This study aims to determine whether transferring embryos on day 3 or day 5 leads to better pregnancy outcomes for IVF patients who produce only a few embryos. Researchers will randomly assign over 1,100 first-time IVF patients with five or fewer embryos to either early (day 3) or later (day 5) transfer groups. The goal is to provide clear evidence to help patients and doctors make better decisions about when to transfer embryos to maximize chances of having a baby.
