Summary
This study compares three treatments for non-genital warts: ivermectin cream alone, ivermectin cream combined with microneedling, and standard salicylic acid. About 88 people aged 11 to 80 will receive treatment every two weeks for up to three months. The goal is to see which approach works best and is safest for clearing warts.
