Summary

This study tests a daily pill called ivarmacitinib for palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP), a chronic skin condition causing painful blisters on hands and feet. Sixty adults who haven't improved with other treatments will take the pill for 12 weeks. Researchers will check if symptoms like blisters and redness get at least 50% better, and track any side effects.
