NCT ID NCT07270003

Summary

This study is testing a new daily pill called ivarmacitinib for adults with palmoplantar pustulosis, a painful skin condition causing blisters on hands and feet. It aims to see if the pill safely reduces symptoms for people who haven't gotten enough help from standard creams or pills. About 60 participants will take the pill for 12 weeks while doctors track their skin improvement and check for any side effects.
