Summary

This study tests a daily pill called ivarmacitinib in 60 adults with palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP), a long-term skin condition causing painful blisters on hands and feet. Participants take one 4mg pill daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will check if symptoms improve by at least 50% and monitor for side effects like infections or stomach issues.
