First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a pill called ivarmacitinib can help people with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) who didn't get better after using other injectable medications. About 300 adults will take the pill for 16 weeks, and doctors will check if their skin rash and itching improve. The goal is to see if switching to this oral treatment is a safe and effective option.
