Summary

This study tested whether a drug called ivabradine could help people with Long COVID who experience dizziness, fatigue, and a racing heart when standing up. In this Phase 2 trial, 181 participants were randomly given either the drug or a placebo to see which was better at reducing these symptoms. The main goal was to see if the drug improved patients' scores on questionnaires about their symptoms and daily life.
