First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving patients extra fluids through an IV right before and during an ERCP procedure can lower their risk of getting pancreatitis afterward. Researchers will track 13,000 adults to find the best timing and amount of fluids. The goal is to create a simple, short hydration plan that works for people who go home the same day.
