Cancer patients test different IV tubes to find which works better

NCT ID NCT06217783

Summary

This study aims to find out if short or long IV catheters work better for cancer patients who need emergency care and have difficult veins. Researchers will compare how often each type fails, how long they last, and whether they cause infections or blood clots. The goal is to improve the experience for patients who need frequent IV treatments during hospital stays.
