This study tests whether adding orelabrutinib to high-dose dexamethasone works better than dexamethasone alone for adults newly diagnosed with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a condition where the immune system destroys platelets. About 86 participants will receive either the combination or a placebo. The main goal is to see how many people respond to treatment by increasing their platelet counts.
