Summary

This study is testing a new drug called itepekimab for Japanese adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps that haven't been helped enough by previous surgery or steroid treatments. Over 52 weeks, researchers will see if the drug can safely shrink polyps and improve symptoms like congestion and loss of smell. The goal is to find a better long-term treatment option for this ongoing condition.
