First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested two exercise programs in 60 adults with long-term low back pain. One group did isometric exercises (holding still positions) and the other did isotonic exercises (moving through a range of motion), both with heat and electrical stimulation. The goal was to see which better reduced pain and disability. Results help guide physical therapy choices for back pain.
