Scientists test best knee angles for stronger, more stable legs
NCT ID NCT07207135
Summary
This study looked at how holding leg muscle contractions at different knee angles affects balance, joint awareness, and physical performance in healthy people. Forty-four young adults completed an eight-week exercise program to see which knee positions worked best. The results could help create better training and rehabilitation programs for athletes and patients.
