Summary
This is the first time researchers are testing the experimental drug ISM5939 in people. The study aims to find a safe and effective dose for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers will first test the drug alone, then test it in combination with other cancer therapies.
