Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ISH0688, given as a shot under the skin, for people with high triglycerides (a type of fat in the blood). The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. About 104 healthy volunteers and people with high triglycerides will take part. This is a Phase 1 trial, so it's one of the first steps in seeing if the drug might work.
