New hope for tough leukemia cases: antibody drug trial opens
NCT ID NCT06648889
Summary
This study is testing an antibody drug called isatuximab in adults whose T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia has returned or hasn't responded to standard treatments. It aims to see if adding this drug can help control the cancer and achieve remission. The trial will enroll 40 patients across two groups: those with visible cancer return and those with only tiny traces detected by sensitive tests.
