Summary
This study is a large international survey that collects health information from 10,000 adults hospitalized with COVID-19. Researchers will track serious complications such as death, heart failure, and kidney problems. The goal is to better understand the course of the disease and improve future care. No experimental treatments are given; this is purely an observational registry.
