NCT ID NCT05484518

First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a therapy called Method of Levels (MOL) is acceptable and practical for people experiencing a mental health crisis in the community. Six adults already working with a crisis team received MOL, which helps people explore their problems in new ways to regain control. Researchers measured how many people joined and stayed in therapy, and asked about their experiences. The goal was to see if MOL could be a helpful addition to crisis services, not to cure or treat a specific condition.
