Summary

This study tested a new drug called IRX-101 to see if it reduces pain and damage to the eye's surface after common sight-saving injections. 155 adults with retinal disease received either IRX-101 or a standard cleaning solution before their injection. The goal was to make the procedure more comfortable and protect the eye.
