Summary
This study compared two different intravenous (IV) iron treatments for pregnant women with anemia. The goal was to see which one raised hemoglobin (a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen) levels more effectively in the local population. Forty pregnant women with anemia participated to help gather local data on the safety and effectiveness of these treatments.
