Gentler iron? study tests new supplement against standard

Summary
This study is comparing two different oral iron supplements to see which one works better and causes fewer side effects for women with mild to moderate iron deficiency anemia. About 146 women will be randomly assigned to take either Sucrosomial Iron or Ferric Maltol for 12 weeks. Researchers will check if the supplements raise hemoglobin levels effectively and monitor how well participants tolerate them.
