First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving iron every day or every other day works better for children with iron deficiency anemia. About 100 kids aged 1 to 18 will take iron for 3 months, and doctors will check their blood to see which group improves more. The goal is to find a dosing schedule that is both effective and easier to tolerate.
