Summary
This study tested whether giving iron every day or once a week works better to prevent anemia in healthy Thai infants aged 6-12 months. About 287 babies were randomly assigned to one of two schedules for 6 months. Researchers measured blood hemoglobin and iron levels to see which approach reduced anemia more effectively.
