Summary
This study is looking at women who have low iron levels but have not yet developed anemia. Researchers want to see if giving dietary advice for two months, followed by a one-month course of iron pills, can prevent anemia from developing and improve symptoms like fatigue. The goal is to find better ways to manage low iron early on.
