Summary
This study tests two oral iron supplements, Sucrosomial® Iron and Ferric Maltol, in 146 women with mild to moderate iron deficiency anemia. Participants take one of the treatments for 12 weeks to see which works better at raising hemoglobin levels and causes fewer stomach side effects. The goal is to find a more tolerable option for women who struggle with standard iron pills.
