Iron showdown: daily vs. Every-Other-Day for anemic kids

Summary

This study looks at whether giving iron every day or every other day works better for children with iron deficiency anemia. About 100 kids aged 1 to 18 will take oral iron for 3 months. Researchers will check blood levels to see which schedule helps more and causes fewer stomach problems.
