Summary

This study is testing a new treatment called IR-TMS, which uses magnetic fields to target specific parts of the brain, to see if it can help people with Alcohol Use Disorder reduce their drinking. About 150 participants will receive several sessions of this brain stimulation, along with brain scans and blood tests to measure alcohol use and cravings. The goal is to find out if this approach can lower the urge to drink and help control the condition.
