Summary
This study tests a new drug called IPN01195 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and no longer respond to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 85 participants will take the drug by mouth, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor changes.
