Summary
This study aims to find genetic and biological markers that can predict when patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) might experience a rapid decline in lung function. Researchers will follow 500 patients over time, collecting blood samples, scans, and questionnaires every few months. The goal is to better understand disease progression to help guide future care.
