Summary
This study looks at whether using intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) boots after exercise helps college athletes recover faster. Researchers will measure blood lactate levels, ankle range of motion, and vertical jump performance in 38 NCAA athletes. The goal is to see if these boots improve muscle readiness and joint recovery after a workout.
