Summary

This study tests a new combination of two experimental drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) plus chemotherapy as a first treatment for people with advanced HER2-negative stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and delay disease progression. About 64 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
