Summary
This study tests a new way to treat insomnia in older adults using smart devices like lights and sounds, combined with a proven talk therapy (CBT-I). About 180 healthy adults aged 65 and older with sleep problems will use wearable trackers and a smartphone app. The goal is to see if this approach improves sleep quality and thinking skills better than standard sleep tips or another app.
