Summary
This study is testing a new technology system to help people with heart failure be more physically active. It uses a smart wristband and a phone app to create personalized daily activity goals based on the user's own heart rate. The system gives real-time feedback and rewards to help 82 participants stick with their exercise plan over time, with the goal of improving their health and reducing hospital visits.
