Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called ION717 for people with prion disease, a rare and fatal brain disorder. The drug is delivered via a spinal injection and aims to reduce the harmful prion protein in the brain. Researchers will primarily check if the treatment is safe and how the body processes it.
