First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study is observing how well the Ion endoluminal system, a robotic tool, can diagnose lung nodules and cancer in real-world use. About 1,200 adults across Europe who need a lung biopsy will take part. The main goal is to see how accurate the system is at getting a clear diagnosis, and to track any side effects like collapsed lung or bleeding.
