First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a single dose of a special radiation drug (131I-Apamistamab) before standard CAR-T cell therapy can safely improve outcomes for people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 30 adults will participate to check safety and how well the cancer responds. The goal is to see if this approach makes CAR-T therapy more effective.
